What is free, what costs credits, and how the watermark works
What a purchase unlocks
Clean videos, including old ones
Accounts that have never paid download videos with a moving watermark. Any purchase, even the $9 Starter pack, unlocks the clean original of every video in your history.
Failed videos cost nothing
Credits are charged once per finished video. If the model fails or a photo isn't accepted, the credits come back automatically.
Pack credits never expire
Buy a pack for one video today and keep the rest for the next trend.
Illustration on the reference frame; the real watermark drifts across the video.

Billing questions
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment: nothing renews and you won't be charged again. The credits are added right away and never expire.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits from credit packs never expire, so you can keep what's left for the next trend.
Am I charged if a video fails?
No. Credits are charged once per finished video. If the model fails or a photo isn't accepted, the credits for that video are returned automatically.
Does a purchase remove the watermark from videos I already made?
Yes. Any purchase unlocks the clean original of every video in your history.
How can I pay?
The payment marks under the packs show what you can use right now: PayPal, and cards or Apple Pay / Google Pay where our card checkout is on. Wallets appear only on devices and in regions that support them.
Which currency are prices in? Is tax added?
Prices are in US dollars and checkout doesn't add sales tax. If your card uses another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee.
Can I get an invoice?
Your orders are listed under Settings → Payments. If you need an invoice with company details, email support@rumpelstiltskinaivideo.org.
I paid but don't see my credits
Credits are usually added within a minute. Refresh Settings → Credits; if they're still missing, email support@rumpelstiltskinaivideo.org with the email address you paid with.
Can I get a refund for a purchase?
Yes, within 7 days of a payment if none of the credits from that payment have been used: email support@rumpelstiltskinaivideo.org. Failed videos are refunded in credits automatically. Details are in our Refund Policy.
