Before you upload a friend’s photo

Check the result before paying for another take
Watch the downloaded file before blaming the upload platform. These checks narrow down what a new take can change.

Can I use a cropped phone selfie?
Yes, if the JPG, PNG or WebP still has both edges between 300 and 6000 pixels and is no larger than 30 MB. Keep one clear subject, face detail and as much useful body information as you have. A tiny crop does not gain detail when enlarged.
Is a Crazy Frog AI video free to generate, or only free to download?
Downloading your completed MP4 again is free. Generation uses credits: the cheapest complete video needs 28, and the current signup gift is 3, enough for 0 Mini videos. Other models require purchased credits. A quoted pack credit value is not the cash price of a one-video purchase.
Do I get a refund or free retry if a completed video does not look like me?
Not automatically. A failed task returns its charged credits, including a refused review or finishing failure. A successful file with imperfect likeness or movement is a completed generation; another take is charged. Check the two role assignments before deciding to try again.
Does buying a clean video include Axel F rights for an ad?
No. Removing this site’s watermark does not license a recording, composition, person’s likeness or brand. Check permission for the exact advertising use and choose music licensed for that purpose.
Are my photos public, automatically deleted or excluded from training?
Original uploads and prepared scene images are stored privately under your account, but the providers need them to process the job. Input links expire after four hours; this is not a deletion deadline. Browser drafts expire after 24 hours. We do not promise a server auto-deletion deadline or an upstream no-training policy; contact support about deletion before uploading sensitive material.
Can I use the selfie a friend sent me as a surprise?
Ask whether they agree to the AI recast and the intended audience. Permission to receive a photo does not necessarily cover an altered public video or an advertisement. Use your own photo while you wait for their answer.
