ONE PHOTO · A PICKUP · YOUR PHONE
Hit the Road Dude AI on iPhone & Android
Hit the Road Dude AI puts the person or pet in one photo at the wheel of the white-pickup “State Property” meme. The scene comes from a 2025 TikTok fishing-pond encounter: the sound is spoken dialogue, not a song. Make a 15- or 30-second MP4 in your browser, with the scene’s audio, then save it to your phone.

Make a Hit the Road Dude video on iPhone or Android
Use Safari, Chrome or another current browser; no separate app is needed. The same one-photo tool works for people, cats and dogs. Follow the column for your phone, then check the downloaded MP4 before posting.
iPhone · one selfie
01Pick a usable photo
Choose a sharp selfie with one visible face. If the file is HEIC, export a JPG or PNG first. Keep each edge within 300–6000 px and the file within 30 MB; this tool does not convert HEIC.
02Upload and sign in
Tap the upload area, select the photo, then sign in when asked. Return to this browser tab. The tool tries to restore your local draft; if it cannot, select the photo again before generating.
03Choose the clip and check the quote
Start with 15 s and 9:16 for a vertical post. The default is Seedance 2.5 at 480p. Select 720p or 1080p if that model offers it and you want a larger file. Read the credit quote before starting.
04Generate, then inspect
Tap Make my pickup video once. Follow the task status, or reopen it from your video history. Play the finished result with sound and check that your face stays recognizable through the pointing gesture.
05Save the MP4
Use the result’s Download button. If Safari saves to Files, open Downloads, select the MP4 and use Share → Save Video when iOS offers it. You can also import the file directly into your editor.
06Post one clean copy
Import the downloaded MP4 into TikTok or Reels. It already has the scene’s dialogue: do not layer the same sound on top. Add captions outside the face and keep the original file for comparison.
Android · one dog photo
01Pick a usable photo
Choose a photo with the dog’s whole muzzle, ears and fur markings visible. Use the original JPG, PNG or WebP rather than a tiny chat thumbnail. The same size limits apply.
02Upload and sign in
Tap the upload area and use your phone’s photo or file picker. Sign in and return to the same browser. Avoid switching into an in-app browser halfway through, because it may not share the draft.
03Choose the clip and check the quote
Keep 9:16 for a phone feed. All five models offer 15 s; only Seedance 2.5 offers 30 s. There is no separate pet setting. Check the model, resolution and credits before starting.
04Generate, then inspect
Start one task and watch its status. On completion, check ears, fur, paws and the muzzle while the driver talks. A completed clip can still contain visual mistakes; another take uses more credits.
05Save the MP4
Use Download, then check the browser’s downloads or the Files app. Open the MP4 in Gallery if available, or import it from Downloads into your editor. Labels vary by phone and browser.
06Post one clean copy
Upload the saved MP4, not a screen recording or a file forwarded through chat. Check the app’s upload-quality setting, where offered. Compare the posted version with your original before paying for another generation.
Choose the 15-second exchange or the 30-second scene
Both lengths use the same pickup scene. The shorter cut starts later in the encounter; it is not the opening half of the long version. Pick a shape for where you plan to share.
| Choice | What to expect |
|---|---|
| 15 seconds | Starts about 8.5 s into the 30 s scene, covering the fishing question, “State?” and the instruction to leave. Available on all five models. |
| 30 seconds | Adds the approach to the truck, the permission exchange and the later name-taking moment. Seedance 2.5 only; selecting another model returns the length to 15 s. |
| 9:16 or 16:9 | 9:16 fits a vertical feed. 16:9 requests a wider view of the pickup and surroundings. The price is identical at the same model, length and resolution. |
| Resolution choices | Mini / Fast: 480p or 720p. Pro / 2.5: 480p, 720p or 1080p. MiniMax H3: 720p. A larger output does not guarantee better identity or lip timing. |
Credits, free access and watermark-free downloads
Each row buys one completed MP4 with the scene’s dialogue. Horizontal and vertical videos have the same quote. There is no subscription; credit packs are one-time purchases.

Dollar equivalents use the lowest sold credit unit: Studio $99.00 / 2800 credits. They are not a pay-per-video checkout price. From zero balance, $9.00 / 100 credits covers the cheapest take; the default 123-credit take needs at least $19.00 / 300 credits. Compare credit packs
Budget for extra takes
| Choice | One completed take | Three completed takes |
|---|---|---|
| Lowest setting · Mini / 15 s / 480p | 24 credits (about $0.85 in the Studio pack) | 72 credits (about $2.55 in the Studio pack) |
| Default · 2.5 / 15 s / 480p | 123 credits (about $4.35 in the Studio pack) | 369 credits (about $13.05 in the Studio pack) |
| Choice | What to expect |
|---|---|
| Preview and account | Watch the examples without signing in. An account and sufficient eligible credits are required to generate. |
| Can the signup gift finish a video? | The current gift is 3 credits and expires after 3 days. The cheapest whole video costs 24, so it covers 0 complete videos. Gift credits work only with Seedance 2.0 Mini. |
| Watermark | Videos from accounts with no purchase carry a moving watermark. After a credit purchase, download the clean original, including for an earlier video on that account. |
| Downloads and credits | Downloading the same result again is free. Purchased credits do not expire. A higher resolution is chosen and paid for before generation; downloading again does not upgrade it. |
| Failure versus another take | A task marked failed refunds its credits. A completed video with a face, paw or lip-timing flaw still counts as a completed take; generating again costs credits again. Missing soundtrack audio makes the task fail rather than deliver silently. |
Check the face, paws and picture before another take
Pet photos are supported, but these examples do not establish a success rate for this site or for any selected model. Inspect the downloaded file at the start, during the pointing gesture and near the end.
| What you see | Check or change | Another paid take? |
|---|---|---|
| Face or fur changes | Compare the result with the original photo. Try a clear, evenly lit image without a face filter; keep the full face or muzzle in frame. You cannot change this template’s camera motion. | Yes, if you generate a replacement. |
| Paws become hands | Look closely during the gesture. A photo with visible natural paws may help the model, but does not guarantee correct anatomy. There is no hand or paw repair control. | Yes, if you generate a replacement. |
| Mouth moves at the wrong time | Listen to the downloaded MP4. Distinguish the driver’s lines from the off-camera replies. Turn off any duplicate sound in your editor; residual lip mismatch needs a different take. | Editing duplicate audio is free here; another generation is charged. |
| Clear download, blurry Reel | Compare the saved original and posted copy. Upload the original once, avoid chat compression and screen recording, and check upload-quality options. A larger generation cannot undo later platform compression. | No, if the saved original is already clear. Re-upload it first. |

These external remakes follow the same continuous pickup-window exchange. The two human clips are 13-second excerpts; the dog clip runs about 30 seconds. They retain their original size and length and are not videos generated on this site.

Source: @zenoxlayla on TikTok“State?” and the Hit the Road Dude sound bite
The State Property meme began with a TikTok clip posted in August 2025: a pickup driver challenges someone fishing nearby. Searches such as “state hit the road dude” refer to that exchange. These labels describe the same meme, but not every line is in every edit.
| Name you may see | What it refers to |
|---|---|
| Hit the Road Dude | The driver’s instruction to leave; the usual name for the AI remake. |
| State Property / State? | The disbelief around whether the fishing spot is state property. |
| Private Property | The driver’s reply about private property in the same exchange. |
| Lock ’Em Up | A later line in the original encounter. The 15 s and 30 s cuts here do not include the whole original or promise this line. |
The MP4 already contains the Hit the Road Dude sound bite for its cut. If you add the same sound in an editor, mute one copy to avoid an echo. Buying a generated video does not grant permission to use someone else’s voice or recording in an advertisement; check the rights and the platform’s rules for your intended use.
Watch the original TikTok encounterPhone, pet and download questions
I have one selfie on my iPhone. How do I make and save the video?
Upload a JPG, PNG or WebP, sign in and return to the same browser tab, then choose 15 or 30 seconds, the model, resolution and shape. After generation, use Download. If the MP4 lands in Files, open it and use Share → Save Video when available, or import it straight into your editor. HEIC needs exporting to a supported format first.
Can I use one dog photo on Android for a vertical video?
Yes. Upload one clear photo with the muzzle, ears and markings visible, keep 9:16 selected and choose your length and model. There is no separate pet mode. Download the finished MP4 from the result and open it in Files or Gallery. Check paws and mouth timing before sharing; pet support is not a promise of perfect anatomy.
Can my partner and I use two photos in the same pickup video?
This tool casts exactly one driver from one photo. Make two separate videos if you both want a turn, then put them side by side in an editor. Each completed generation has its own credit charge. A two-person photo does not unlock a second role.
Can I get a complete, watermark-free video for free on a Samsung phone?
Phone brand does not change the allowance. The current signup gift is 3 credits; the cheapest full video is 24, enough for 0 complete videos from that gift. An account is required. Videos from accounts with no purchase carry a moving watermark. After a credit purchase, download the clean original, including for an earlier video on that account.
Can I fix human-looking paws or lip sync, and will trying again cost credits?
There is no local paw or lip repair control. Try a clearer photo with the full face or muzzle visible, and inspect the original MP4 before blaming added platform audio. A failed task refunds its credits; a completed take with a visual flaw does not automatically count as failed. A new generation is charged again, with no guarantee that it fixes the flaw.
Why is my video sharp when downloaded but blurry on Reels?
Posting can recompress the file. Compare the downloaded MP4 with the posted copy, upload the original directly and avoid screen recordings or chat-forwarded copies. Check the app’s upload-quality options where available. If the original is already blurry, choose a clearer input or a higher supported resolution for a new take; extra pixels alone do not fix a changing face.
Does the quote include sound, HD download, retries and watermark removal?
It covers one completed MP4, the selected resolution, the scene’s dialogue and repeat downloads of that same result. 480p does not become HD by downloading again; select 720p or 1080p before generating if offered. A new completed take costs credits again. Videos from accounts with no purchase carry a moving watermark. After a credit purchase, download the clean original, including for an earlier video on that account.
Where are my photos stored, and are deletion or no-training promises included?
A phone-browser draft is kept in local IndexedDB with a 24-hour expiry checked when the draft is accessed; closing the tab is not immediate deletion. Uploaded photos use private storage scoped to your account and are passed to the generation provider through signed links. Those links expire after four hours, which is not a file-deletion deadline. This page does not promise automatic server deletion or no provider training. Get permission before using another person’s photo and review the site privacy policy before uploading.
